Its not bad, its just that the head of the old mans anotomy is too round.
Some parts looks good like the ear and mustache, but the bad part is that the mouth and eyes dont look natural and also are using too little triangles.
Otherwise its not too bad for a first try.

thanks im using a new software zbrush i didnt know how to like shape the face so i used the sphere but thx for the tips
No problem.
I am not familiar with the tools in Z-Brush, but if you can then use a reference image or picture from the side so you got an idea on how far you need to stretch the face.
Like in my model.
